The 5th Annual conference took place on Saturday, October 13th...and was
a huge success! There were approximately 75 women present. The singing
was annointed and the Spirit was powerful with the first song to the last.
Sister Laverne Thomas gave a talk that encouraged us to be a 'Ruth' and not
a bitter 'Naomi'...and ended with Psalm 84:11. Sister Karen Rarey also
encouraged with Psalm 34:6-8 and gave us some tid bits...like: salvation
equips us with the Spirit of Christ, but the baptism of the Holy Spirit arms
us with arsenals of heaven...and ended with Psalm 145:18-21.
It was an awesome day in the Lord!
